About Us

Max is the founder of NovaWealth Asset Management and work as the Vice-President of the company. He assumed this position in January 2023, working with corporate, institutional and accredit clients to build tax efficient and comprehensive investment solutions.

Prior to founding NovaWealth Asset Management, Max was the partner of a private equity firm, a institutional investment company that focuses on M&A, equity investment and LBO of innovation and technology deals and projects. Prior to that, he was a financial planner at TD and HSBC bank for many years.

Max is a Fellow of Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), Chartered Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM). Max is also the Member of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). Max holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics, Financial Analysis and Risk Management from the University of Waterloo, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Schulich School of Business.
